Tweak revert-buffer-function to inhibit auto-mode-alist.

* hexl.el (hexl-mode, hexl-mode-exit): Tweak
revert-buffer-function to inhibit auto-mode-alist (Bug#7252).
(hexl-revert-buffer-function): New function.
(hexl-before-revert-hook, hexl-after-revert-hook): Abolish.
